18/02/2010 - Tim shares tricks of the trade with young people at Word Explosion

Word Explosion was the first young persons' Literature Festival to be organised in Cornwall and ran from 16 to18 February.

The events were designed to encourage young people and their families to enjoy reading and writing in a fun way and were run by authors and storytellers who are passionate about their craft including Jon Mayhew, Caroline Binch, Bridget Crowley, Helen Dunmore, Mark Harandon and Tim.

During his event, Tim spoke about his writing and experiences as an author as well as sharing many tips with the young people in the audience. Tim said, 'I had a great time at the festival and met some lovely people.'
