19/07/2012 - Tim visits Teddington School for Book Week 2-6 July 2012

Tim recently spent two days at Teddington School as one of the many authors, illustrators, poets and journalists and storytellers who visited the School for their Book Week.

Tim ran a series or talks and workshops. School Librarian Rachel Bide wrote to Tim and said, ‘Both students and staff really enjoyed your talks. It was particularly good to see the students listening and watching with such concentration. They really enjoyed your talk and thought the workshops were a great experience. The students really like being given the opportunity to write and they were very impressed that you remembered their names.’

Tim said, ‘I so enjoyed taking part in Teddington School Book Week. Everyone was so friendly and engaged and there was a real buzz around the school.’
