12/09/2011 - Tim talks at Word Up! Family Books and Arts Festival 2011

Word Up! is a brand new, three-day festival of performances, workshops and activities for children and families in Dulwich, South London.

The Festival runs from 22 - 24 October 2011. The programme features 40 events including authors Michael Morpurgo and Jacqueline Wilson, scientist Lucy Hawking, actor Mackenzie Crook, People’s Poet Laureate John Hegley, stand up comedian James Campbell and family workshops with the London Philharmonic Orchestra and British carnival group Kinetika Bloco.

Tim will join author Meg Rosoff on Saturday 22 October 2011 at 17.30 to talk about their work, ideas and inspirations. Tim will be using Buried Thunder and Meg her latest book There Is No Dog to illustrate their talks.
