18/03/2013 - Tim visits Tretherras School in Newquay

Tim visited Tretherras School in Newquay on Thursday 14 March. It was his second visit to the school and on this occasion he ran three workshops for a single group of seventeen Year Seven boys who were keen on writing.

School Librarian Alwyn Martin said, ‘It was a lovely day with Tim and all the Year Seven students enjoyed the experience. The workshops were a great help with the boys’ creative writing and also their confidence in sharing ideas.’

Tim said, ‘I had a lovely day and it was great working with the boys. They produced some excellent writing and I was really impressed with their motivation. Super lads.’
