06/11/2011 - Tim invited to Denmark

Tim is visiting Copenhagen between 8 and 12 November. He will be running a number of creative writing workshops organised by the British Council in collaboration with the English Teachers’ Association, the Municipality of Helsingør and the teacher training college KDAS.

Some of the events will focus on Tim's own writing, especially the Blade series which is extremely popular in Denmark. Most of the workshops will be for school students but there will also be a workshop for teachers aimed at helping them to develop teaching and learning techniques for young writers. The week concludes with an appearance by Tim at the Copenhagen Book Fair.
